Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, June 27, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
$20.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds of registration payment for written cancellation requests received on or before 4:00 p.m. on June 27, 2025. After this date, no refunds or substitutions will be made. A credit may be applied to the registrant's membership account.

Participants must be an Arizona full-time resident for one year minimum or pay the out-of-state tuition fee.
Participants must complete forty-eight hours of the three-week class and pass a written exam after each required course with a grade of 70 or better.
