Cancellation Policy:
A $20.00 administration fee, per day, will be subtracted from all conference refunds of registration payments for written cancellation requests received on or before 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10th. After this date, no refunds will be made. Substitutions will be accepted by contacting the Treasurer at treasurer@cela1.org by Monday, April 13, 2026.
